Job Description
The QA NDT Level II Inspector is responsible for first-time quality of production work as well as ensuring production personnel conform to local and government procedures and specifications. Will report directly to the NDT Program Manager.
Essential Skills and Functions
- Provide oversight for sub-contract inspection personnel (when applicable), and ensure technical accuracy of work being performed, to include reviewing inspection procedures being used on site.
- Interface with Project Management, Production Personnel, ABS Surveyors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met. Recommend corrective actions, dispositions, process optimization and modification(s).
