Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Quality team within the manufacturing plant, including task allocation, performance management, and periodic competency evaluations.
- Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process, from incoming raw materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Take the lead in handling quality issues, including production abnormalities and customer complaints, while coordinating with relevant departments such as Engineering and Production to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in or lead internal audits and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and audit requirements.
