Product Knowledge
- Ability to learn and understand the requirements of the various Marriott products
- Ability to learn the rules around the various financial products and how they are applied in the various systems
Process Knowledge
- Develop a good understanding of the processes followed for the various Marriott products
- Understand the workflow for each process
System Knowledge
- Ability to learn and understand the layout and purpose of the various systems
- Understand how the various systems all work together
- System requirements or irregularities reported by the Operations teams must be detailed and captured on an internal change request system
