QA/QC Engineer – High?Rise Residential (with MIVAN Formwork Experience)
Responsible for ensuring the quality of all construction activities in high?rise residential projects. Ensures compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and project specifications through systematic inspections and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
? Quality Assurance & Standards
Implement project QAP, ITP, method statements, and checklists.Ensure all works follow project specifications, structural drawings, and IS codes.? Civil & Finishing QA/QC
Conduct inspections for reinforcement, conventional formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and all finishing items.Ensure workmanship meets project quality standards.? MEP QA/QC Coordination
Inspect basic MEP embedments: electrical conduits, plumbing sleeves, fire-fighting provision...
