Job Description
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 2–5 years experience in horizontal works
- Strong background in roads, drainage, earthworks, and site development
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, plans, and specifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD and basic engineering software
- Willing to be assigned on-site
- Can start immediately
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor horizontal construction activities
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare daily reports, quantity take-offs, and progress updates
- Monitor project schedule, quality, and material usage
- Assist in resolving site issues and technical concerns
