Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with various contractual QA/QC requirement conforming to project requirement.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure product quality meets design parameters and technical requirements while also adhering to BCA's Good Industry Practice guidelines.
- Supervise and manage all visual inspections and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures, including those carried out by third-party subcontractors.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when activities deviate from approved drawings and contract specifications. Monitor corrective actions and process improvement, as well as ensuring proper defect rectification of subcontractor workers across all trades.
- Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QPs) and consultants & RE to resolve and close Non-Conformance notices. Monitoring & report to project leading team until NCR close.
