Job Description
1. General Experience (Min. 3 years relevant QA/QC experience)
Execute day-to-day quality control activities on site or in fabrication workshops.
Review project specifications and identify quality requirements for each work phase.
Ensure that all construction, welding, coating, piping, or mechanical activities meet approved procedures.
2. Process Plant Project Experience (Added Advantage)Apply knowledge of process plant environments.
Manage quality requirements for:
- Piping systems (spools, supports, hydrotesting)
- Pressure vessels and tanks
- Rotating equipment (pumps, compressors)
- Structural steel and platework
Coordinate with process engineers and vendors on material traceability and corrosion protection.
3. Preparation & Implementation of Quality Documents Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)Develop ITPs identifying:
