The QA/QC Engineer (HVAC) is responsible for ensuring that all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning works meet quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role involves close coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain compliance throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs) specific to HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections and testing of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation, and controls to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Review HVAC design drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
