Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and auditsto ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor M&E installations(power distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC/ACMV, fire suppression systems) and civil works for adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Identify and report non-conformance issues (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions.
- Ensure material and equipment compliancethrough proper documentation, inspections, and testing.
- Support testing and commissioning teams & prepare QA/QC reports, progress documentation, and final handover packages
- Bachelor’s degreein Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of QA/QC experience
- Experience with quality inspection tools, NCR management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
