- Carry out visual inspections of production output. - Perform dimensional inspections to ensure product conformity. - Hold a High School diploma, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate degree with prior inspector experience.
- Inspect output samples using industry‑appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
- Ensure the assembly or production line adheres to standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review blueprints and specifications and compare them to produced goods.
