Job Description
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Geotechnical/Structural/Water Resources Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
- Training in QA/QC for Construction Projects
- Certification in Concrete Technology or Materials Testing
- Safety Training (Construction Safety, OSHA or equivalent)
- Dam Safety Training or Hydropower Specialized Courses
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil works construction.
- At least 5 years in dam or hydropower projects
- Experience in concrete dams (gravity/RCC), embankment dams, spillways, tunnels, or powerhouse structures
- Hands‑on experience in inspection, testing, and NCR management
- Experience working with international consultants or FIDIC-based contracts preferred
- Strong understanding of dam engineering and hydro civil structures
