Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections for mechanical works HVAC ductwork piping plumbing against approved drawings, ITPs and specifications.
- Inspect incoming mechanical materials against approved material submittals.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists and photographic documentation for all inspections.
- Report non-conformances to the QA QC Engineer for NCR issuance.
- Witness and record results of pressure tests, duct leakage tests and other site tests.
- Monitor subcontractor quality compliance and report observations to the QAQC Engineer.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of quality inspection experience in MEP/mechanical construction in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and plumbing system installation and testing methods.
