Job Description
1. Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan, ITPs, SOPs, and Work Instructions for the precast yard.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and relevant international precast/tunnel standards (e.g., BS EN 206, ACI, ASHTOO, FIB).Conduct internal audits and lead client/consultant audits.2. Precast Production Quality Control
Oversee the quality of segment moulds, rebar cages, gaskets, concrete mix, curing, and final product finishing.Approve concrete mix designs, monitor batching plant operations, and validate trial mix results.Ensure dimensional tolerances, surface finish, weight, lifting points, and embedded items meet design requirements.Implement corrective actions for issues such as honeycombing, cracking, spalling, or misalignment.
