About the job QC Executive | Food Mfg | MNC | West
Job Scope:
- Conduct sampling of finished goods and inspect raw materials/packaging.
- Prepare weight checker dummies for process lines.
- Maintain and update QC master lists, records, and calibration status.
- Report defective items and request Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
- Evaluate raw materials and manage supplier self-audit questionnaires.
- Plan and conduct GMP and food safety training.
- Maintain and verify Halal Certificates with MUIS (Singapore).
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks
- Verify new artwork and oversee 1st print checks.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemical Process Technology, or an equivalent field.
