Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main receptionist at the QC hub, assisting customers end-to-end, including but not limited to Admissions, Records, Learning Plus, and Billing.
- Acknowledge customer complaints, provide initial resolution, and properly follow the escalation process as needed (Admissions, Records, LP, and Billing).
- Handle the tickets of customers from the BGC hub and coordinate with the stakeholders.
- Serve as Admissions Officers in processing enrollment and attending to admissions concerns of families (Admissions)
- Provide administrative support for QC operations (e.g. service requests, events setup, venue booking, Homeschool Hybrid) and online classes (e.g. LP classes).
- Maximize hub utilization through activities such as enrichment classes, workshops, and other programs/activities related to that.
