Job Purpose
Responsible for all Mechanical Quality inspections carryout the construction activities with approved quality documents and drawings.
Responsible to Preparation of all type WPS PQR and WQT as per organization and Projects requirement. Maintained Welders records and update the all welding work related logs.
Reporting to all site activities on weekly and monthly basis to Lead QA/QC.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct inspection of mechanical works such as piping structural static and rotating equipment installation.
- Verify materials welding consumables and equipment meet approved specifications.
- Review and ensure compliance with project drawings WPS and ITP requirements.
- Witness and record fit-up welding dimensional hydrostatic and pneumatic tests.
- Monitor welder qualifications and ensure adherence to approved WPS.
