Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities
- Responsible for quality inspection upon discretion of the Quality Manager and General Manager.
- Coordinate with QC inspectors and arrange day‑to‑day inspection activities, including incoming inspection, in‑process inspection, CMM inspection, and final inspection of components.
- Monitor inspection timings and coordinate with QC inspectors to complete tasks on time.
- Allot and monitor work, provide guidance to inspectors wherever required.
- Accountable for complying with the daily delivery schedule.
- Ensure final QC documents are ready once the job is completed.
- Monitor quality and operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors for correction and rectification of jobs.
