Job Description
Job Summary:
- The QC Inspector ensures products and services meet company and industry quality standards by inspecting, testing, and documenting materials and finished goods for defects or deviations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality checks of calibration tools used by the QC team to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform inspections such as incoming raw materials, in-process crate inspections, outbound inspections, and others as required by customers.
- Carry out specific customer inspections using ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring the accuracy of reports completed by the QC team during shift changes.
- Perform routine inspections including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections based on customer specifications and drawings.
- Conduct inspections using digital forms (Kizeo) via iPad.
- Perform Y7 / Y8 under SAP for non-conformance crates.
