Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical test analysis from raw materials to intermediate product.
- Prepare reagent/standard solutions needed for the analysis.
- Report accurate and on‑time release of test results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Help implement EHS of the organization.
- Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments and auxiliary equipment such as pH, conductivity meters, and balances.
- Verify glassware and sieve screens for any errors.
- Participate in method development and verification activities for new methods and equipment.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Chemistry with Chemist/Chemical Technician License or Allied Course with Chemical Technician License.
- Ability to perform basic chemistry calculations and analysis.
- Ability to follow documented information with minimal supervision.
