QA/QC Lead | Manufacturing Project in China
Location: Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh with frequent travel to China
Role: Founding Team in China (Reporting to Head of Supply Chain)
Our client is a market-leading Vietnamese fashion powerhouse boasting a retail network nationwide. As a vertically integrated brand, they have successfully expanded beyond the domestic market, establishing a significant export presence in international markets.
Key Duties
- Lead and build end-to-end QC system in China (sample production shipment)
- Work closely with Sourcing / Design / Factory partners to control and improve product quality.
- Handle mass production quality issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Conduct factory audits, supplier evaluation & improvement
- Act as key bridge between China factories & Vietnam HQ
