Lonza is a global leader in Life Sciences. At our Visp site we are looking for a Project Lead QC to support analytical chemistry projects.
Responsibilities
- Estimate effort for customers in detailed project plans (time planning, flow, preliminary checks, expected results, documentation set‑up, and involvement of quality assurance).
- Coordinate projects and supervise the technical execution during method transfer and subsequent consultation.
- Report on project progress and raise escalations when necessary.
- Initiate and complete necessary process‑related change controls, deviations and lab studies.
- Execute and organize adequate training of QC staff to ensure cGMP compliance at the operational level.
- Proactively track development activities within the discipline and share knowledge within the QC organization.
