Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical and biochemistry testing of raw materials, manufacturing processes, utilities/environmental monitoring and finished materials using approved methods and laboratory instruments.
- Review and approve test data, ensuring accuracy and timely availability of results for release decisions and ensure that the tests are analyzed in accordance with corporate, regulatory and external agency regulations.
- Support investigations for deviations, out-of-specifications and environmental incidents, and help implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to method and equipment validation, revalidation and qualification activities, including execution and documentation.
- Prepare and update laboratory documents such as quality and safety related standard operating procedures, test protocols and technical reports.
