Responsibilities
1. Quality Control Operations
Supervise daily QC activities including in-process and final inspections.Ensure adherence to inspection plans, control plans, and sampling methods.Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.2. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop QC inspectors and technicians.Allocate manpower based on production priorities.Conduct performance evaluations and skill development training.Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.3. Defect Management & Analysis
Review and analyze defect trends, yield losses, and nonconformance reports (NCRs).Support QEs on root cause analysis (RCA) Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effectiveness.4. Documentation & Compliance
