Job Description
Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Assurance Lead and manage the QC laboratory team, overseeing daily testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001) across manufacturing operations Develop and enforce QC procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols Manage non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and internal audits Ensure all products comply with local and international standards (SS, BS EN, ASTM, etc.) Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment Technical Management Provide technical guidance on product formulation, raw material qualification, and process improvement Adapt and localise Mapei global formulations to meet Southeast Asian climate, regulatory, and market requirements Evaluate and approve new raw material suppliers through technical assessment and trial runs Support the Product Development team in new product launches and ref...
