QC Technician

SUMMARY:
We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to ensure the company adhere to the Food Safety and Quality Standards as required.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification in Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a QC or QA role.
• Food and beverage industry experience
• Own reliable transport.
• Completed internal auditing training or certification.
• Residing in Paarl/Wellington

• Perform daily inspections of the production facility and report any non-compliance or deviations identified.
• Carry out routine hygiene audits across the plant and ensure corrective measures are implemented where required.
• Communicate effectively with teams across the facility regarding quality and food safety matters.
