This role is ideal for skilled welders who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and collaborating with both technical and operations teams. **What You’ll Do**
• Perform welding evaluations and provide clear verbal and written feedback.
• Communicate observations effectively while welding and assessing weld performance.
• Evaluate products, identify defects, and determine root causes.
• Work confidently in all welding positions (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G).
• Operate across welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, MCAW, FCAW, and SAW.
• Work with Hobart Brothers product families to support continuous improvement.
