QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, methods, and techniques to ensure the quality of products and services.
- Monitor and review quality standards and data by recording quality defects, product reliability, and customer complaints.
- Analyses data, provide insights and recommendations, and evaluate corrective measures or solutions to improve performance or compliance and avoid problems from occurring again.
