Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced WTG QHSE Manager to support a utility-scale wind power project. You’ll lead all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental activities on-site, ensuring full compliance and promoting a zero-harm culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement QHSE plans (QMP, HSE, EMP)
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety walks
- Review ITPs, method statements, JSAs, and WIRs
- Manage NCRs, CAPAs, and incident investigations
- Oversee high-risk PTW activities (lifting, height, electrical, confined space)
- Monitor environmental impacts and compliance
- Track and report QHSE KPIs
- Deliver inductions and engage with regulators
Requirements
- QHSE experience in wind, energy, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and audits
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
