This role is key to ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

- Maintain a strong understanding of IDS Group Manuals, SOPs, forms, and relevant maritime legislation (e.g., ISM Code, ISPS Code, MLC, and regulations under the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation).
