Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor , is seeking a seasoned Quantity Manager to lead cost and contract management for their mechanical and electrical projects . This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in M&E works.
Responsibilities- Oversee the full spectrum of quantity surveying activities related to M&E works, from pre-contract to final account.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement and cost negotiations.
- Monitor budgets, track variations, and handle progress claims and cost reporting.
- Advise on contractual issues, commercial risks, and cost control strategies for M&E projects.
