Job Description
- Develop and evaluate cost estimates, assess risks and contract issues to arrive at final cost.
- Plan for management decision including giving advices on financial matters to subcontractor payments, variations and claims till contract closeout.
- Oversees and manage financial and contractual issues for the projects from pre-tender to post contract phrases
- Handle, manage and represent company in negotiation and dispute resolutions
Requirements - Recognised Degree in Engineering or Building Management, Quantity Surveying or M&E
- Min12 years’relevant experience in contract management, payment submissions and claims preferably in M&E.
- Demonstrate good leadership qualities and people management capabilities
- Strong ability in problem solving and organising skills are desirable
