Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Issue purchase orders and track material deliveries.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Assist Project Manager in project cost control and budgeting.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure timely procurement.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience in construction or fit-out projects (fresh grads may apply).
- Knowledge of procurement, costing, and construction materials.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
