On behalf of our client SPIRO, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Swap Supervisor to work in Central region, Lango and Acholi sub region, Bunyoro region, western region, and Eastern region Uganda.
Reporting to: Regional managers
Job purpose:
The Swap Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily battery swap station operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal battery availability, and high customer satisfaction. The role involves managing swap agents, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring time of swap stations in line with Spiro’s electric mobility objectives.
