Role Objective
To provide outstanding customer service by accurately completing repair orders within allocated timeframes while optimising productivity within the Service Department.
To ensure that customers are confident their interests and the safety of their vehicles are prioritised at all times, and that all technical concerns are addressed professionally and effectively.

- Complete repair orders efficiently and timeously within allocated labour times.
- Achieve workshop productivity and labour targets by working efficiently and upselling where appropriate.
