We are seeking a friendly, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision supporting young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Working alongside the Teacher/Tutor and wider staff team, you will support small groups of up to four students in the morning and four students in the afternoon , providing tailored support to meet each student's individual needs.
