Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the busy team in Wakefield, based within the Children’s Team.
Responsibilities:
You will provide assessment, care management and social work services to children and their families, arising out of the council’s duties and powers under legislation, Council and Group policy. As a Social Worker on the LAC Team, you will bring experience and knowledge of statutory requirements for Children Looked After. Your responsibilities will include undertaking statutory visits, completing Personal Education Plans, care plans, and assessments of need.
