Position Overview
Support and enhance a global Quality Management System (QMS) and related workflow platforms through system administration, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and user support. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, improve process efficiency, and drive platform modernization.
Key Technical Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements; design and implement workflow-based solutions. Configure workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, scripts, and reports. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and system configurations. Perform system administration, including user access, site management, routing groups, and organizational structure updates.
