Job Description
- Assist with sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
- Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
- Support Quality Engineers in new product launch and sustaining manufacturing lines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues, SPC trends
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to upper management when necessary
- Prepare “First Time Quality” reports and scrap reports
- Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
- Assist in Quality Improvement projects
- Assist in “Production Part Approval Process” submission
- Assist in Quality planning and development
- Assist in Internal and External audit
