In this role, you will:
Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound customer calls, as well as complaint handling. Document quality issues and performance metrics for management review. Work closely with internal and external customers to meet service requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality assurance processes and standards.
