Genesis10 is currently seeking a Backend Test Lead for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is an 12+ month contract opportunity.
This position is for an onshore backend Test Lead to support testing for Private Bank and Data Strategy initiatives. The role involves leading a QA team while also being a hands-on tester, focusing on backend systems, ETL, and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a QA team while also being hands-on with testing
- Manage the full testing and defect life cycle (SIT, Regression, UAT, PPV)
- Create and maintain testing documentation such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Reports
- Perform functional and integration testing, both manual and automated
- Write and execute test cases using BDD format
- Conduct system integration testing (UI, API, and backend validation)
