Qualifications
- Must have functional testing experience on D365 CE
- Must be proficient in different modules in D365 CE like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights etc.
- Expertise in Test Life Cycle-Requirement Analysis, Test Scoping, Test Scripting, Execution and Defect Management
- High awareness of software quality, strong analytical and conceptual skills - Communicating clearly and effectively
- Ability to recognise potential and actual issues, need and opportunities for improvement in the implementation.
- Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within interfacing applications.
- Must be flexible to work on any project requirements and work timings.
