Lead the Quality Assurance process to ensure the achievement of quality compliances and customer satisfaction. Provide Quality Assurance support and coordinate in resolving potential issues.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Customer Quality Issues and Internal Quality issues to drive Corrective & Preventive Actions.Facilitate Quality Planning Process [PFMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Quality Gate] for new process setup.Monitor Quality KPIs and coordinate Continuous Improvement activities.Analyze, compile, review Quality Metrics, and timely communication to stakeholders.Perform Quality Audits to ensure compliances, process effectiveness, and elimination of Quality Risks.Coordinate Change Control, RMA, SPC implementation and Quality Training activities Qualifications
