4+ years of direct experience as a quality assurance engineer.
Responsibilities
- Convert requirements into test scenarios.
- Execute and review testing results.
- Enter defects into Jira.
- Participate in testing lessons learned with the intention to provide process improvements to the testing process.
- Monitor complex test environments that simulate customer environments.
- Use tracing and profiling tools or develop measurement methodologies to analyze performance issues.
- Work with developers to triage issues and identify defect root cause and resolve iteratively.
- Participate in requirements definition, design walkthroughs with the purpose of creating test scripts supporting required business needs.
