Quality Assurance Executive – Commodity Warehouse
Employment type: Full-time.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Food Safety and QMS Development Activities
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, HACCP study, Record formats and Process flow of the warehouse.
- Develop/Update RPs of products aligning with offer management and benchmarking for evaluating and receiving of commodities from approved suppliers.
- Develop Warehouse Audit checklist as per Warehouse QA Standard and execute assessments on a monthly and quarterly frequency.
- Develop a system for Documentation and Data Control & ensure its implementation.
2. Manage and harmonize QA activities in the region s/he is in charge
- Check & strengthen the implementation of METRO Corporate Standards, Pakistan Halal standard and GFSI (if applicable) in warehouse.
