Responsibilities And Duties
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documented information (e.g., Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions) and ensure full compliance with customer requirements, internal guidelines, and ISO 9001 standards, including Pharma standards.
- Monitor, review, and continuously improve internal operational processes and the QMS.
- Govern tracking systems and quality metrics (including CCAR, SCAR, and operational close rates) to identify trends, atypical observations, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications, ISCC (sustainability standards), and GDP/GMP protocols.
- Lead root cause investigations for non-conformances stemming from customer complaints or internal quality issues.
- Maintain industry compliance standards, such as Halal and Kosher Certifications, with respect to product and service quality.
