Role Description The Quality assurance expert will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing quality strategies across Home and Pro product segments. This role requires a visionary leader who can embed quality practices early in the development cycle, leverage advanced automation and AI/ML technologies, and influence cross-functional teams to adopt a shift-left mindset. - Quality Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement test strategies for NPI programs and ongoing product development.
