Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across projects and ensure high standards in testing and delivery quality.Required Skills & Experience- 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA- Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA Governance- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management, and Release Processes- Knowledge of API Testing using tools like Postman / RestAssured- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI- Experience in managing cross-functional QA teams- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality expectations- Exposure to Automation Testing frameworks/tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.- Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript- Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)- Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMeter or...
