IBCO is a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturer operating in an exciting and essential industrial sector. We are looking for a hands‑on Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen our quality and compliance function as the business continues to scale.
To lead, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and HSE compliance framework , ensuring that products, processes, and people meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
The role manages a small team of Quality Assurance Controllers and works closely with Production, Maintenance, and Operations leadership.
