Job Description
We are working with a fast-growing medical technology company based in Lausanne that develops and delivers innovative therapeutic solutions supporting healthcare professionals and patients. The organisation is scaling and now looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of its Quality Management System (QMS) and help evolve it into a lean, robust, and highly compliant framework.
This role starts as a freelance assignment through to October, with a strong intention to transition into a permanent position thereafter.
The Role
As Quality Manager, you will be the central point of accountability for all quality-related activities within the business. You’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and act as the key interface for internal teams, external partners, and regulatory expectations. You’ll be joining at an exciting time where the QMS is established but ready for optimisation – your focus will be to simplify, strengthen, and scale it.
