Kelly Services is hiring a **Quality Assurance Manager** for a direct hire opportunity in **South Windsor, CT** . This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role supporting a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, CMMC, NADCAP, and customer-specific quality requirements.

**What you’ll be doing:**
• Leading Quality Assurance functions and supporting QMS compliance
• Maintaining AS9100D, ISO 9001, ITAR, CMMC, NADCAP, and customer approvals
• Supporting NADCAP Chemical Processing requirements, including AC7108 and AC7108/4
• Leading Management Review Meetings and maintaining QMS documentation
• Providing direction to Masking and Inspection teams
• Managing CAPA, root cause, corrective actions, and nonconforming material
